Are there any hidden costs in the fine print?
The contract we use is written by BSA (Queensland Building Services Authority) in plain English. Your contract manager (at this time Nick Gane himself) will give you a copy of this contract for you to read before you sign it. If you are unsure of the meaning of any section you may ask Nick for explanation &/or take the copy to your legal advisor.

Are Ganes licensed & insured?
Our BSA license # 1089306 is for low rise building & renovations. We also have our Workers Compensation with BSA. Ten million of Public Liability insurance is Australia wide & held with Zurich Australian Insurance Limited policy# 24011430XGLG. Each project over $1200 in value is insured with BSA Contract works.
