The company secretary & public officer (Ron Gane) is a licensed D class builder since 1997 #199711074 & is licensed also for small demolition works & handling of small amounts of stable asbestos.
This trading name is registered with The Office of Regulatory Services Canberra until 25th August 2013 Business number F00139059. It is owned by R.K.Gane Pty Ltd whose sole director at this time is Nicholas Paul Gane of Nambour-Mapleton Rd. Nambour Sunshine Coast Queensland.
The Pty Ltd company commenced trading in January 2003. ACN is 103451994. & is registered for GST purposes (ABN 52 103451994) The company also owns Gane's Home Improvements (Q) for its Queensland operations. It is registered with BSA Queensland as a licensed builder.
Public Liability insurance is with AMP GI Distribution (QLD) for $10 million ...Policy # AS00062095 is in force until 6 July 2012.
In the ACT we have Worker's Compensation thru with Allianz policy # to be advised, policy due date October each year.
Our HIA membership # 359782 is held by Nick Gane in Queensland & covers both jurisdictions. We use HIA contracts for large & small works.
Our bank is Westpac at Woden ACT & Nambour (Q) . We have credit card facilities thru Westpac, so people can pay us in either state by Credit or debit card.
